A Visit To A Master Kitchen Knife Maker

I love watching almost anything Anthony Bourdain does. In this new web series, (sponsored by Balvenie Single Malt Scotch Whisky) Tony visits masters of handcrafting. The first one I saw takes him to Olympia, Washington where Bob Kramer crafts custom kitchen knives from meteors. The process is fascinating and the result is a truly magnificent chefs knife.
